Find your nearest hire store location

Via our Store Locator, enter your postcode or suburb and locate your nearest store from these leading retailers.

Check availability

Contact your closest store and check the availability of the Britex 3in1 Deep Cleaning Machine and the specific wand/s required for your job.

Visit the store

Head to the service counter or hire shop.

To hire a Britex 3in1 Deep Cleaning Machine, you will need two forms of ID and your mobile phone number for validation, you will also need to agree to the hire contract terms and conditions.

Your current Australian driver’s licence PLUS a second form of ID that verifies the name and address as listed on your driver’s licence such as: a utility bill or bank statement.

Returning the Machine.

When you’re done with your Britex 3-in-1 Deep Cleaning Machine, be sure to return it clean — along with the wands — to the store where you hired it. Make sure to return it within your chosen hire period (24 or 48 hours) to avoid any late hire fees.

Returning on time ensures a smooth experience for you and the next customer. If you have any questions about the return process, the Britex Customer Service team are available 7-days a week, contact the team on 1800 804 973 or at customerservice@britex.com.

Handy Hiring Tips

  • Use our store locator to find your nearest hire location.
  • Plan ahead and hire a Britex 3in1 Deep Cleaning Machine at a time that suits you. That may be when the kids are at school and the house is empty, or on a weekend when your family is around to help out with the job.
  • To get the best value out of your clean make a list of all of the items in and around your home that could use a deep clean. This may include carpet, area rugs, car mats, car seats, dining chairs, couches, boat interiors and even floor grout and tiles. Then work out what cleaning solutions and accessories you’ll need to hire and for how long. Always use the Britex range of cleaning solutions in the machine for optimal cleaning results and to ensure that the machine componentry isn’t damaged.
  • If you have furniture you want to clean under, arrange someone to help you to do the heavy lifting. But if you can’t be bothered moving furniture, don’t worry the Britex Carpet Wand allows you to clean under and around furniture.
  • Remember to always vacuum your carpets prior to deep cleaning for the best results.
